All orders in Canada are shipped within one business day. You will receive a tracking number by email to track your order.

Shipping time:

Québec: 2-3 business days

Ontario: 2-3 business days

West of Canada: 4-5 business days

 

All orders in Canada are shipped with Dicom Express or with Canpar Express. You will receive a tracking number by email to track your order.

 

When your order will be shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number of the shipping carrier.

 

 

 

For CA customers:

Standard (3 -5 business days)

Express  (1 - 3 business days)

Once purchased our team will start working on your order. We then use Amazon to fulfill our orders as they have an extremely efficient shipping system that we can trust to ensure our customers get their parcels exactly as expected.

Amazon’s delivery network provides a trackable service, which usually takes around 3 working days depending on the service you choose.

If you have not received it within 10 days then please contact us via email: wecare@coachsoak.com

You will receive an email from us to say the order has been despatched (please check your junk mail for our email) and then a separate email from Amazon which enables you to track your order.

We process orders Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). Amazon will despatch either the next working day and sometimes can be a weekend delivery. Please note that you will receive an email from Amazon with tracking information but the time will not be specified.
